Yankee Candle Review

Today I thought I would share with you some new Yankee Candle tarts I bought recently , I dunno bout you but I just love candles and I love melting the wax tarts in my burner , they are such a good value way of getting that long lasting Yankee sent .

The two tarts I picked up this time where Vanilla Bourbon and Pineapple Cilantro.

Pineapple Cilantro is described as A tropical treat...fresh, island pineapple served with a citrus touch of cilantro and sweet coconut. I love this its defiantly fruity and sweet and there's some coconut in there too and I love coconut.

Vanilla bourbon is described as a traditional warm me up on a cold winter's day. A mug full of something steaming topped with a layer of vanilla cream and laced with a dash of strong bourbon. I think that description is pretty spot on , I defiantly get a vanilla scent ,mixed with a bit of hot chocolate and I hint of whisky , a bit like an ' Irish' hot chocolate kinda smell. I absolutely adore sweet smelling candles and I love anything vanilla , so if you do too you will like this.

Yankee candles claim the scent from the tarts lasts up to 8 hours and I would say the last even more , I only burn half a tart at a time and I find the smell permeates my whole house for many hours , so for only £1.49 they represent excellent value for money.

Whats your favourite Yankee fragrance and what you recommend I try?

Love Kate
