Blogmas day 10 No bake chocolate Gingerbread balls

Hey lovelies,
Today I'm gonna share with you a super quick, inexpensive and easy no bake recipe for these scrummy chocolate covered Gingerbread balls. You can decorate them with whatever festive sprinkles you want and use milk, white or dark chocolate to cover these gingerbread cheesecake balls, here I've gone for milk but you could always make a selection of different covered chocolate ones.
The ingredients are things you might even have at home already but if not they are super cheap, these make such quirky little finger foods at any Christmas gathering your gonna wanna make them.

you are gonna need ;
1 packet of gingernut biscuits
A dollop of cream cheese
A slab of Chocolate
Sprinkles

Method;
In a sandwich bag crush the biscuits a few at a time with a rolling pin until crumbs, pour into a bowl and add a dollop of cream cheese and mix till sticky and can be formed into balls but not to wet. Take handfuls of mixture and roll into balls and put on a plate to freeze for half hour or so. Then remove from the freezer and dip the cheesecake balls in the melted chocolate of your choice and decorate with sprinkles while still wet, then set aside in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
That's it its as simple as that and my god these are yummy, and I'm sure wont last long.

I know I'm gonna make these again and again as they don't last long.
