Beauty - Urban Decay Naked Ultimate basics

Urban decay ultimate basics

Hey lovelies,
Welcome to my first post of 2017, I hope you had a pleasant start to the year, mine was spent in front of the TV watching Harry potter, my days of partying in the new year are way behind me and I'm not sorry. Anyway if you read my What I got for Christmas post or follow me on Instagram where I have been filling my feed with my new makeup up, you will know I was lucky enough to receive Naked Ultimate basics palette for Christmas. As soon as this palette was launched I knew I wanted it and made the Mr promise to get it for me, for Christmas. I am a massive Urban Decay fan and own both the naked and naked 2 palettes, but the Ultimate basics is so different, first up the square shape and gold packaging are not only very pretty but sturdy and expensive looking, and inside the 12 brand new matte naked shades are perfection in a palette. The neutral shades range from warm to cool tones making the option to create any number of looks, the texture of each shadow is velvety soft, super pigmented and they blend a dream. The shades in the Ultimate basics palette I believe will suit anybody's skin tone and got you covered whether you're looking for a palette for everyday day looks to something that will take you through to a big night out. I have used the Ultimate basics everyday since I got it and I can see it becoming a firm favourite, I am looking forward to creating more eye looks in the future with this truly stunning palette and if you are looking to add a new palette to your makeup collection I would 100% recommend picking up the Ultimate basics.

  1. I've been contemplating on getting this palette for the longest time and I'm still not sure, only because I feel like I have those shades in my collection already. It is really beautiful though! Thanks for sharing :)
