Beauty - Liquid health skin hair and nails 1 month update

Liquid health hair skin and nails

Hey lovelies,
You my remember a few weeks back, I wrote a post about my first impressions of Liquid health* hair skin and nails, now I am a month into the course I thought I would share with you my thoughts and talk about any changes I have noticed.

The main area I was looking for improvement was my hair and I can report back my hair condition has improved, but to be fair I have also changed my haircare routine, so can not put it all done to Liquid health, but I do think it has helped.

When it comes to my nails I have noticed a massive change my nails are much stronger and have actually grown without breaking which is unusual for me, normally they hardly grow at all.

The area where I am most pleased with the results is my skin, in the first few days or so I had a few pimples, I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or as a direct result of starting Liquid health, but since then my skin just looks so much clearer and just healthier looking, my complexion definitely has improved.

I still am not keen on the taste, but I must admit these little drinks have really made a huge difference and I am so glad I tried them, as I must admit I was sceptical at first. So if you are thinking of giving Liquid health a go, you should I 100% recommend.
