Fashion - I'm finally onboard with Mules

New look Mules
Hey lovelies,

I know this is controversial, but when the craze for mules started earlier this year, I didn't like them, yeah I've said it, I didn't like mules.
So what's changed? well I guess they have grown on me, there's still some pairs which in my opinion are unflattering and impractical, but this simple peep toe black "suede" pair from New Look, made me see things differently, they are classic in their style, they are black, which goes with everything and they are a flattering heel height, giving just enough of a I've made an effort to an outfit without looking overdressed.

Jeans - Topshop
Sunglasses- Primark

Another bonus is they look cute Af with jeans, my everyday wardrobe staple, taking a simple jeans and tee look to something that looks slightly more put together.

And talking of T Shirts, I finally own a CK one, a present on my birthday and I love it, although expensive it does feel good quality, and the sweatshirt is now on my wish list.

I'm looking forward to styling these shoes with other outfits, maybe even a dress!

What do you think of Mules?

  1. I really love the mules and these particular ones do look nice and flattering too like you say! Hope you are having a great start to your day.

  2. I love mules - I've had a pair since Christmas but haven't got around to wearing them yet.

Just a quick thankyou for taking the time to read my blog, I really appreciate your comments and always read them.
Lots of love
