Beauty - July purchases

L'oreal. Neutrogena

Hey lovelies,

I haven't written a new in beauty post for a couple of months, so I thought why not fill you in what I have been buying in July.
Some of these I have been using for a couple of weeks some are brand new to me, so I'll just be giving you my first thoughts rather than a full review, apart from the L'oreal serie color 10 in 1 spray, which I have already written about and you can read that here, if you fancy, but in brief this stuff is blooming fantastic for long hair that gets tangled or frizzy and needs protecting from heat, and or is coloured. I have used it every time I have washed my hair since buying it.

Next I'm gonna talk about the skin care bits, I have picked up, all of which have been on offer in either Boots or superdrug. I love trying new skincare but I also love a deal.

I have been interested in trying the new Hydro boost range from Neutrogena for a while as I thought the range looked really interesting and as I need a new moisteriser I thought I would give the Hydro boost water gel a go. Now this product is a interesting consistency being a super lightweight gel ( as the name suggests) it feels really cooling on the skin and it absorbs beautifully. I was worried it wouldn't make my skin feel moisturised as it wasn't a cream, but it really does and so far I am enjoying using it.

L'oreal pure clay glow scrub, L'oreal pure clay glow mask

Now I love a clay mask, you cannot beat the satisfying feel of the clay drying and cracking on the skin, I have tried the L'oreal clay detox mask ( review ) , so when I saw the Glow mask, on offer I had to pick it up and try it, I am yet to use this so will defo keep you posted on that once I have tried it a few times, but as it promises to brighten and exfoliate skin leaving it glowing I'm bang up for it. Also from the same range I picked up, the L'oreal pure clay glow scrub, which I believe is new out, but don't quote me. Now I have used this a couple of times, and so far so good. The pure clay glow scrub is suitable for use morning and night, but I am just using it in the mornings as I like to use my beloved cleanse n polish at night time. Just massage  the product using small circular movements onto wet skin, then rinse. My skin feels so clean after using, with no drying effects. I look forward to trying it out further and seeing how my skin looks after a couple of weeks of use.

Have you tried any of these products? if so let me know your thoughts.
