Why I'm trying to care less

I have always been someone that worries, worries about what might happen, what did happen, what people think, do people like me?
And to be honest it's exhausting, over thinking about things that I don't even know the answers too, and for what? it has 0 impact on me, what people think. Worrying doesn't change the outcome of an event, so this year I have decided to try and give less of a shit!
Live more in the moment and enjoy situations and meeting people. It's hard it goes against the grain for me to be spontaneous, to not plan and worry about upcoming events but I am trying and I am going to continue to try.

It's the same with blogging, I worry people will think who does she think she is, when taking or posting photo's, she's to old to be doing that, or her makeup's crap, her outfits rubbish, and people may think all those things but who cares, I enjoy it and people seem to read my posts so I can't be a total laughing stock of the internet. Like my husband says, opinions are like arse holes, everyone has one!
Which is true, and I really do not have to let other peoples opinions effect me.
