I do not very often talk about my physical or mental health here, and I am not going to go into too much detail, but I have had to deal with various things, that sometimes make certain activities difficult and cause me to just ditch plans, because I just cannot "deal" with that situation.
But recently I have been doing things, little things, but still things that I am proud of myself for achieving, at first I thought it sounded stupid to say I'm proud of myself, for completing what other people might deem everyday simple things....then my husband reminded me, we are all different and we all have different levels of normal, and for me, I have been achieving way more than I did say a year ago.
In London, I coped with large crowds, boiling hot tube trains, a lot of walking, to avoid said boiling hot tube trains, meeting new people, not having set plans and having our train cancelled on the way home, all everyday for some people but a pretty big deal for me.
So I am going to say it.................
GIRL YES! We should all celebrate even seamingly small achievements!
