London, places to eat, what's next on my list

Although I do not live in London, myself and my husband do visit fairly often. We both love the capital and all it has to offer, eg seeing the sights, and shopping. We also like to go off the beaten track,  we love the Camden area, it has such a cool relaxed vibe, that feels different from central London and it is packed with food establishments and pubs, perfect for taking the load of your feet. You can chill with a beer and of course a meal and do a spot of people watching. Last time we visited London, Purrezza vegan pizza restaurant was on our list and we loved it, I always like to search online for a website with recommendations before a visit in to the city.

So where to next?

Well here is what’s on my list;

Restaurants to visit in London

Sanderson London, Berners street,
Fitzrovia W1T 3NG

I’m starting off with the Sanderson hotel, which courtyard not only looks stunning, with its floral displays, but also serves an Alice in Wonderland themed afternoon tea, although I am not sure if my husband will be particularly up for that, may have to save that for a girlie day.

   Laduree, 1 the market building, covent garden
                                            London WC2E 8RA
This place is a bit of me, I can see myself indulging in macaroons in the luxurious surroundings of the Parisian style balcony, overlooking  the west Piazza. Probably more of a treat than a practical meal choice, but who wants to be sensible all the time.

La Gelatiera, 27 New Row, Covent Garden,
 London WC2N 4LA

Also in covent garden not far from Trafalgar square, La Geletiera is an ice cream lovers dream, although I have been before, next time I find myself in Covent garden, you can bet, I will be back for more. They have a choice of delectable flavours, including some vegan choices, served in a pot with a cute little scoop to eat it with or the traditional waffle cone.

Honest burger, 4a Meard Street, London W1F 0EF

The Soho area is on my to do list of places to visit and eat in, I have been to the area but not recently, and Honest burger looks like the place to eat. With its scandi style d├ęcor, and tables and seating that remind me of an old fashioned school room. The burgers look epic, whether you go traditional beef, or for the chicken or vegi choices. They certainly look like they would keep me satisfied, well at least for a while.

Radio Rooftop Bar, 336-337 Strand WC2R 1HA

The last place on my list I’m pretty sure is probably the coolest a restaurant and bar in the sky with views of the city, right in the hustle and bustle of Covent garden. The rooftop bar of the ME hotel offers views of some of London's most iconic buildings including st Paul's Cathedral, tower bridge and the London eye. I would love to take in the skyline with a cocktail in hand, what a way to end a day in London, breathtaking.
