Kate's Closet: My Dream Teddy Jacket from Newlook

So far this Autumn I have resisted adding to my wardrobe, and have been wearing what I already own, in a bid to discover what is missing from my collection. Despite owning some colourful clothes, often when I do not know what to wear, a default of all black sets in, and for those days I wanted a Jacket that added not only warmth but personality and colour to my outfit.

Step right up my dream teddy jacket

As soon as I clapped eyes on the Newlook teddy fur bomber jacket I new this is the one I wanted. I have wanted a teddy fur jacket for a couple of seasons but I never seem to find a shape of jacket that fitted my style. I am a lazy casual dresser through and through and a more traditional style teddy coat is just not me where as an oversized bomber style slots right into my wardrobe.

The Newlook teddy fur bomber, is warm but not to bulky, great for layering when it gets colder. It has a zip fastening meaning it will be great for keeping the chill out, and I love the cuffs at the wrist and at the bottom of the jacket. The fit is fairly oversized but of course you could size down if you wanted it more fitted, I am wearing a size 10 for reference. The jacket comes in a host of colours from cool toned blue and pink, to warmer mustard, burgundy and my choice rust. Rust for me screams Autumn, I mean look how I blend in with the leaves ! it also adds the right level of colour to my outfits, I own nothing in this shade and felt the stars were aligned and something was telling me I needed this jacket.

On top of all those points another thing that told me this was the jacket for me, was the price this jacket is only £29.99, for a teddy jacket I mean that is a bargain right ?
