What I Loved in February

What I Loved in February

Welcome back to my new series, what I loved in...........February, considering January lasted approximately 345678 days, February has passed in a blink of an eye, and turned out to be pretty glorious weather wise to, which is unheard of in the UK. I'm just hoping it continues, anyway here are a few of the things I have loved this month.

What I Loved in February

Tv wise, we have been enjoying the latest season of Endeavour on ITV, a prequel to the Morse character and the subscutant Lewis. Endeavour is Morse back at the start of his police career, back in the 60's. We love shows set historically, and for this show the music of the era really adds to the overall feel of the show. If you like police dramas check it out.

This month we were lucky enough to enjoy a trip to the theatre, as a family we went to support my youngest son, who was staring in a production at the Maddermarket theatre Norwich. And boy did he do us proud as usual.

Clothing wise, I'm still digging dungarees, I now have both the black and blue pairs from Matalan, and basically live in them, I'm also obsessed with the spotty shirt I picked up in store to, check out this post for how I styled them recently.

Beauty wise, my love for the Pixi glow tonic has been cemented, this month my skin has been a bit up and down due to illness and hormones, but glow tonic always sees me right, and perks up my skin on even its dullest days. My other beauty favourite is new, well I got if for Christmas in a Benefit gift set and that's they're real double the lip, lipstick in lusty rose, a wearable everyday lipliner and lipstick in one.

Reading wise I've had trouble choosing my favourite book of the month as I have read some great ones, look out for my what I read in February post coming soon. Anyway I've plumped for Eve of Man, by Giovanna and Tom Fletcher as this months fav, you can read my full review here. In short it's a story set in a dystopian future when the world and the human race is on its knees, that is until Eve is born, the first female in 50 years.

I hope you are having a great February, what have you been loving?
