I'm back with a new fashion post, Spring has arrived in earnest here in the UK, and like the true Brit that I am, I have been soaking up the rare sunshine to the max. What better way to embrace Spring dressing then with a floral pattern, it's a classic and makes an appearance every year. But how do you wear florals when you're not a girly girl? well strap yourself in ladies, it's easy,
just make the rest of the outfit as tough and as none feminine as you can, and you have made a floral outfit that bit more your style.

My first point of call when making a floral outfit less girly for me starts with footwear, if I am wearing a dress or a skirt I inevitably add trainers or a black ankle boot to tone the whole look down, keeping sandals and heels for more casual outfits like jeans and a t-shirt. Another way is to add tougher textures like denim or leather, again great ways to make florals less of a feminine statement.
Will you be wearing florals this Spring/Summer?
Lovely tips!
