September has been a busy month in our house, especially on the home improvement and decorating front, but I've still found a little time to dig out a new fav piece from my wardrobe, switch up my makeup and even do a little reading.
So here's what I've been loving in September, the cusp of Autumn and for me a time to update my home, to dig out those warm toned eye palettes and be able to wear jackets, I do love a jacket.
Clothes and Makeup
I've been having a root through my belongings, and realised I own a lot of jackets, one of which hasn't seen the light of day for a while, well at least until this month, and that's my camo jacket or shacket, or whatever you prefer, a lightweight camouflage jacket perfect for this, up and down weather we have been having recently. Mine was from Topshop several years ago and it still looks like new.
Makeup wise, I am pretty cliche and have started to opt for those warmer Autumnal tones in my Too Faced, Gingerbread palette, one of my fav palettes of all time.
Homeware
For me Autumn is most definitely candle season, and I have a few on the go at the moment, my fav being this Salted Pumpkin one I picked up in homesense. Homesense/TK maxx have so many amazing candles, it's such a good place to visit if you are planning on adding to your collection.
I'm also obsessed with our new sofa from DFS and the "It's a kind of magic" wire word sign I ordered from Greyfox design via Etsy.
Reading
You may of caught my what I read in september post, if you did you will see, I have read some corkers this month. The most surprising book I enjoyed was Never Greener the debut novel from Ruth Jones. It is amazing, check out my post to find out more.
