What I loved in October

October has been the most miserable wet month ever, hasn't it? I must admit I can just about get on board with Autumn weather but not all this rain, it's doing my head in, hopefully November will be dryer.

My favourite thing to do on wet days is stay in! the days when the sun forgets to get up, I like to turn on my fairy lights, and light some candles. I have a few favourite candles at the moment, Sweet maple chai from Yankee candle, along with Cherry vanilla also from Yankee and my fav TKmaxx candle Salted Pumpkin.

The next thing I've been loving this month is an odd one, but it's my new windows, not only do they look so much nicer, but the house is warmer and the road noise a lot quieter. 

One thing I do love this time of year, is the reruns of the Harry Potter films on a Sunday, they are the perfect cold Sunday afternoon movies to loose yourself in. We have also watched The Rocky horror picture show, which is the campest fun, Autumn/Halloween film, I also love to watch Hocus Pocus and plan on watching Beetlejuice.

Clothing wise I recently invested in some Jeggings from Next, they actually featured in my Autumn fashion wishlist, and I'm so glad I ordered them they are really comfy, yet look like skinny jeans and don't go baggy on the knees like some jeggings can. I never thought I would be someone to say, I enjoy exercise, but I have been loving working out at the gym this month. I have really been able to notice some progress in my ability these last few weeks and have been able to add more exercises to my plan. I also love punching the punch bag, great for letting out some aggression as well as a fun cardio workout.
