Well this is my first outfit in a hot minute, but today I'm sharing my go to weekend style this Autumn, the perfect throw on comfy outfit that not only looks like you have made an effort to get out of your pj's but is practical for this wet and frankly quite cold weather we have been having.

When it comes to jackets and coats I have an obscene amount, but you know what I didn't have until I got this jacket? something actually practical, waterproof, warm and with a hood, which lets face it, are somewhat necessary features of a coat when you live in the UK. It also looks nice, and despite being warm is not bulky. I love the red colour and the navy and white stripe lining gives the jacket a lux feel and also matches this top, which was a cool coincidence. If reds not your colour it comes in five other colours, and at the time of writing this post is on sale.
Talking of the top, I love a breton top and have a few stripes in my collection, but this one is the nicest fit and best quality and I love the traditional navy and white stripe with the small yellow motif.
Add a cosy scarf and you have got a casual, practical, warm yet stylish weekend outfit, well I think so anyway. This scarf is pretty lux, it's woven from 100% merino wool in Ireland and is just the softest scarf ever. It comes in four colours and would make a lovely gift this Christmas.
