My top 5 beauty products of 2019

For this post I had the idea of sharing some of my favourite products. Products that have been game changers for me, that I use day in day out, and replenish without a second a thought when they run out. There is nothing fancy about any of these products, they are just honest and effective, and I use them everyday.

My top 5 beauty products of 2019

  • Vichy Normaderm deep cleansing purifying gel, is a must for blemish prone skin. This light gel cleanser has a clean fresh fragrance, that gently cleans and leaves skin super soft. It's great at clearing extra sebum and impurities, without drying skin out. My skin feels clean and fresh after use, and this along with the other products I use, I believe has really helped to keep my skin clear.

  • PMD clean has been a game changer for me, I have only been using it for a few months, but I honestly couldn't imagine not using it every morning along with my Vichy cleansing gel. This clever little cleansing brush, really helps to give my skin a deep clean.

  • Pixi glow tonic is for me the best toner, it gently exfoliates and purifies skin, leaving it looking fresh and radiant. You've all heard of it I'm sure, it's a pretty iconic product and for me, deservedly so.

  • La roche-posay effaclar duo is the perfect moisteriser for oily/blemish prone skin. It corrects and hydrates for clearer healthier skin. Its lightweight and hydrating, leaving skin smooth and soft and not weighed down with a heavy product. I have been using this since the beginning of 2019 and now I will not use any other moisteriser.

  • Bare minerals foundation I discovered mineral foundation early last year and I haven't looked back, it's so much better than any liquid foundation I've tried at keeping the shine at bay. It's so quick to apply in the mornings, yet gives me a medium coverage that looks natural, and hides any imperfections I may have.

Have you used any of these products?
Let me know in the comments if you have any product recommendations.
